The publication highlights the 12 career paths and indicates the “personality fit” an individual would need to succeed in that career.

  • Accounting: Analytical thinker. Highly-organized.
  • Government: Dedicated to public service. Drawn to a highly-structured environment.
  • Health Care: Innovative and persistent risk-taker.
  • Information Technology: Creative with inherent technical flair.
  • Marketing/Advertising: Self-starter and curious.
  • Nonprofits: Empathetic with a desire to help others.
  • Public Relations/Communications: Extroverts and social media buffs.
  • Sales: Outgoing with a gift of gab.
